Before designing digital interfaces, my foundation was built in low-voltage systems and physical electronic infrastructure. Managing complex, real-world systems taught me how hardware, data pathways, and user touchpoints interact under pressure—and what it takes to make them reliable, accessible, and fault-tolerant.
Today, under the banner of Victory Laurel, I channel that diagnostic rigor into UX/UI systems architecture and digital product strategy. I translate intricate technical logic, high-density telemetry datasets, and complex business rules into structured, human-centered product journeys. Whether architecting the Barnes & Noble Nook Studio integration or designing high-consequence automotive and safety flows, my objective is always the same: reduce cognitive load, reveal architectural clarity, and drive measurable outcomes.
